Product Manager E-Mobility Onboard (m/w/d)

Stäubli Electrical Connectors is an internationally leading manufacturer of electrical contacts and system solution for the industry.

We develop and manufacture electrical connectors for power distribution and renewable energies as well as for the aviation, railway, medical and automotive industries. The company was founded in 1962 in Basel, Switzerland and is part of the Stäubli Group, a supplier of leading mechatronics solutions.

Your place of work will be Weil am Rhein.

Your Tasks:

Creation of product roadmap, vision of future product portfolio and corresponding go-to-market strategy incl. market analysis, specifying requirements of future products and creation of the business case
Define priorities based on market inputs, strategic fit and commercial potential
Definition of content and support of the creation and update of marketing material
Close collaboration with engineering department, R&D, sales and marketing as well as SCM
Worldwide customer visits to support local sales
Support of the establishment of partnerships with customers, sub-suppliers and technology companies wherever of advantage
Active participation in relevant standardization committees

Your Profile:

Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineer) with additional proven commercial skills (either further education in marketing/PM/business administration or proven relevant experience)
Knowledge of automotive business or similar (e.g. trucks, buses)
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience
Customer-oriented mindset and convincing communication skills
Willingness to travel, also international (up to 20 %)
Fluency verbally and written in English and German
